My latest food photography commission was for a Yorkshire-based bakery producing high quality hand-made cakes. They needed images to advertise their products to distributors and retailers.

Was it tempting being left alone in the studio with eight different varieties of luxury flapjack, tiffin and brownies? Yes. Did I get to keep every tray of cakes once they were shot? Yes. Are they delicious? Yes!
